Aurélie Grand is a dynamic and results-driven executive with over 15 years of global experience in DTC and B2B in branding, performance and traditional marketing, website development & SEO, targeted MarCom, conventional communications/Public Relations as well as events and product strategy.

In each of her consultant role as Vice President of Marketing, Brand and Communications, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s mission forward by crafting innovative strategies that enhance brand equity, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable impact.

Aurélie’s career spans some of the world’s most renowned organizations, including Walt Disney World, Cirque du Soleil, and Tupperware. She has also played a pivotal role in helping startup ventures build and develop marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and high-performing teams. A strategic, collaborative, and creative leader, Aurélie is passionate about finding solutions, challenging the status quo, and contributing to an organization’s success through her visionary approach.

She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, France’s top-ranked institution and the first international school accredited by the AACSB. During her final year at ESSEC, Aurélie was one of only two students selected for an immersive semester at the University of Illinois, further enriching her academic experience. She also completed the prestigious Chaire Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy – ESSEC Prestige International program, specializing in luxury goods marketing, and gained invaluable experience working with Christian Dior.

Beyond her professional achievements, Aurélie is a dedicated mentor and thought leader, recognized for her ability to inspire teams and foster innovation. She takes immense pride in raising her two daughters to be strong, successful women who understand that true happiness comes from within.

About The Name

"arcance is my mother's legacy"

My mother was an entrepreneurial force whose persistence, courage, and innovative mind deeply inspired me. She taught me the value of growth, learning, setting high standards for my work, and embracing opportunities with confidence.

After several years working for various corporations, she made the bold decision to create her own market insight agency. I vividly remember her conversations with my father about naming her company. It was essential to her that the name reflected her purpose. She chose ‘Arcance,’ short for “arc-en-ciel” (rainbow) because when it appears in the sky, the rainbow reminds us to hold on to hope and that our dreams are about to come true.

As soon as she launched Arcance, her clients, who recognized her unique talent, did not hesitate to follow her in her new venture, which became a fabulous success..

Years later, when I decided to launch my own agency, it was crucial to choose a name that held deep personal meaning. My company, to me, is an extension of who I am. “Arcance” was the perfect choice; a name that not only honors my mother’s legacy but also fills me with a profound sense of joy and pride.
